About This Website

This website is operated by Desmond Fong, an LG Subscribe Authorized Agent in Malaysia. We assist customers with LG Subscribe product enquiries, product selection, promotions and subscription applications.

This website is operated by an authorized agent and is not the official corporate website of LG Electronics Malaysia.

How LG Subscribe Works

As an LG Subscribe Authorized Agent, I assist customers with product information, current promotions and the subscription application process.

Customers submit their LG Subscribe application with the required information and payment method. The application is subject to assessment and approval by LG Electronics Malaysia and/or its appointed service provider in accordance with the applicable LG Subscribe terms and conditions.

After approval, the relevant LG team or appointed service provider will contact the customer to arrange delivery and installation.

Subscription payments are handled according to the official LG Subscribe payment terms. This website does not independently approve LG Subscribe applications.

What Happens After You Contact Us?

After receiving your enquiry, I will contact you to understand your requirements, explain the available LG Subscribe products and current promotions, and assist you with the application process.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute approval of an LG Subscribe application.
